Appearance
The Four Stripe Damsel is a small, stocky damselfish with a dark body (typically dark gray to blackish) marked by four distinct white or light-colored vertical stripes running along the sides. It has a blunt face and yellow coloring on the dorsal and anal fins.
Diet and feeding
Feed a varied diet of high-quality flake food, small pellets, and frozen foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped marine flesh. Supplement with vegetable matter including spirulina-based foods. Feed 1-2 times daily in amounts they can consume in 2–3 minutes.
