Acclimation stress, parasites (velvet, ich), bacterial infections, poor appetite, fading coloration in suboptimal conditions

Origin and habitat

Indo-Pacific region, including the waters around Indonesia, Philippines, and parts of Micronesia. Found on steep outer reef slopes at depths typically between 40–200 meters.
