Appearance
The Virgate Rabbitfish is a yellow-tan body with distinctive vertical black stripes running from gill to tail. It has a small, rabbit-like mouth positioned ventrally and venomous spines on its dorsal and anal fins.

Marine algae, zooplankton, small crustaceans, frozen mysis, brine shrimp, and prepared foods.
