Appearance
A striking yellow and white rabbitfish with a foxlike snout. The body is primarily yellow with white patches on the head and gill covers; the dorsal and anal spines are venomous and require careful handling.
Diet and feeding
Feed high-quality herbivore preparations, dried seaweed, and nori several times daily. While primarily herbivorous, they will occasionally consume small crustaceans and organic matter. Provide abundant vegetable matter to prevent aggressive grazing on corals and macroalgae.
