Appearance

Elongated, slender body with a vibrant orange base. Distinctive black stripes run vertically along flanks, merging into white tips on fins. Unique "Picasso" pattern consists of abstract, randomly arranged black splotches and dashes. Maximum length around 15 cm.

Diet and feeding

Marine algae, rotifers, baby brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, finely chopped marine fish meat, spirulina, frozen foods such as mysid shrimp and small crustaceans.
