Appearance
Mono Argentus are highly compressed, disc-shaped fish with a silvery-white body and black vertical bands crossing the head and body. They have a yellow dorsal fin and distinctive yellow markings on the gill covers and lower jaw.
Diet and feeding
Small fish, crustaceans, marine algae, frozen mysis, brine shrimp, and prepared foods.
