Appearance

A small, vibrant dottyback with a bright yellow dorsal region fading to red or orange on the lower body and tail. The fish has an elongated profile typical of plesiopids, with a distinctive color gradient from head to caudal fin.

Diet and feeding

Feed small meaty foods including mysis shrimp, copepods, and finely chopped marine flesh. Offer food 2–3 times daily in small portions appropriate to tank size and bioload.
