Appearance
Smith's Fangblenny is a slender, eel-like blenny with a mottled brown to tan body and darker markings. It is distinguished by venomous fangs in its lower jaw, which it displays when threatened, though the venom is primarily a defensive adaptation not dangerous to humans.
Diet and feeding
Feed small meaty foods including frozen mysis shrimp, copepods, and small crustaceans 2–3 times daily. They may also accept small frozen fish pieces and quality carnivore pellets.
