Appearance

Dunckerocampus baldwini is a small, elongated pipefish with a tubular snout and segmented body typical of the Syngnathidae family. It displays striking red and white stripes running along its body, with red dorsal and anal fins. The body is slender and horse-like, reaching about 6 inches in length.

Diet and feeding
