Appearance
The Pintail Fairy Wrasse displays vibrant coloration with a bright red-orange body, yellow-green accents on the head and dorsal fin, and an elongated tail fin with distinctive trailing filaments. Males are far more colorful than females, showing intense reds and yellows, while females remain predominantly yellow or orange.
Diet and feeding
Feed a varied diet of high-quality carnivore-based pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, frozen copepods, and occasionally spirulina-based supplements. Offer food 2–3 times daily in small portions to match their natural grazing behavior.
