Appearance

A tiny, elongated goby with a pale tan-to-yellow body and distinctive darker brown or reddish margins along the dorsal and anal fins. It has a pointed snout and small mouth adapted for picking at micro-organisms.

Diet and feeding

Feed small, frequent meals of finely crushed prepared foods, high-quality micro pellets, and copepod-rich foods. Live or frozen food (copepods, amphipods, small mysis) is highly beneficial and should form the bulk of the diet.
