Appearance
Yellow body with a distinctive long, pointed snout that gives the species its common name. Dorsal and anal fins are yellow with blue edging, and the caudal fin is yellow with a blue crescent marking.
Diet and feeding
In captivity, feed high-quality herbivorous preparations including dried macroalgae, marine algae sheets, and quality vegetable-based formulas. Supplement with live algae if available. Feed 1-2 times daily.
