Appearance

A slender wrasse with bright blue and yellow coloration; males display vibrant blue heads and bodies with yellow or orange posterior regions, while females are predominantly yellow-green. Distinctive vertical stripes or bands may be visible on the body.

Diet and feeding

Feed a varied diet of small frozen or live foods such as mysis shrimp, copepods, and small crustaceans 1-2 times daily. This wrasse naturally feeds on small invertebrates and small fish in the wild.
