Appearance
Klein's Butterflyfish displays a distinctive pattern of yellow-gold and black vertical stripes across its compressed, disk-like body. The face is predominantly white or pale yellow with characteristic dark markings, and the dorsal and anal fins display the same striped pattern as the body. Adults reach approximately 5 inches in length.
Diet and feeding
Feed small portions of high-quality flaked foods, frozen preparations (mysis shrimp, chopped seafood), and live or frozen small crustaceans. Offer foods 2-3 times daily in small amounts to maintain water quality while meeting nutritional needs.
