Appearance

Bennett's Toby is a small, stocky pufferfish with a rounded body. It displays a tan to yellowish coloration with distinctive dark spots or blotches covering much of the body. The fish has a characteristic blunt snout and can inflate its body as a defense mechanism.

Diet and feeding

Feed a varied diet of meaty foods including small crustaceans, mollusks, and prepared foods. Include some vegetable matter. Offer food 1–2 times daily, varying the diet to ensure proper nutrition and wear down continuously growing teeth.
