Appearance
The Xestus Sabretooth Blenny has a slender, elongated body with a tan to brown coloration often marked with dark bands or mottling. It is distinguished by prominent fang-like teeth and a large mouth characteristic of predatory blennies.
Diet and feeding
In captivity, feed small live or frozen prey such as mysis shrimp, copepods, and small fish larvae. Offer food 2–3 times daily. This species is an opportunistic predator and will consume small fish and crustaceans in the aquarium.
