Appearance
A small, elongated goby with subtle coloration ranging from tan to pale yellow with fine markings. The body is compressed laterally with slightly enlarged pectoral fins typical of the genus, and a small mouth adapted for picking small prey from substrates.
Diet and feeding
Feeds on small crustaceans, copepods, amphipods, and other small benthic invertebrates. Offer varied meaty foods including frozen mysis shrimp, copepod-rich preparations, and small live foods when available.
