Appearance

A small, vibrant damselfish with a bright yellow head and body that transitions to purple or violet on the posterior half. The fins are primarily yellow with purple edging, and the dorsal fin may display blue highlights.

Diet and feeding

Feed a varied diet of high-quality flake food, small pellets, and frozen foods such as mysis shrimp and brine shrimp. Supplement with small amounts of vegetable matter or herbivore pellets. Feed 1–2 times daily in small portions.
