Appearance

Small, stocky goby with a tan to cream-colored body covered with numerous orange-red spots. The head and anterior body are particularly densely spotted, and the fish has a characteristic downturned mouth and rounded dorsal fin profile.

Diet and feeding

Feed small meaty foods including frozen mysis shrimp, copepods, and amphipods. Offer live food occasionally if available. Feed once or twice daily, allowing the goby to forage naturally on small benthic organisms in the aquarium.
