Appearance
Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse is a small, elongated labrid with brilliant coloration. Males display vibrant red-orange dorsal fins and body with yellow and blue highlights, while females are predominantly yellow-orange with less dramatic patterning. The species exhibits sexual dimorphism and size rarely exceeds 3.5 inches.
Diet and feeding
Feed a varied diet of high-quality frozen or fresh carnivorous foods including mysis shrimp, copepods, amphipods, and small crustaceans. Supplement with quality flake or pellet foods formulated for small carnivorous fish.
