Appearance

Elongated eel-like body (up to 120 cm). Yellowish brown dorsally, white ventrally. Distinctive dark bar across eyes and another along sides of head and body. Found in the Western Pacific Ocean.

Krill, small fish, marine worms, shrimp, squid, and sea copepods (in both wild and aquarium settings).
