Appearance

The Bicolor Chromis displays a striking two-tone coloration: the anterior half is bright orange-yellow while the posterior half and tail are deep blue-purple. The body is compressed and ovoid in shape, typical of the chromis genus.

Diet and feeding

In captivity, feed a varied diet of small pellets, flaked foods, and frozen preparations including mysis shrimp and copepods. Feed 1-2 times daily in quantities the fish can consume in 2-3 minutes.
