Appearance

Small chromis with a silvery-blue body and distinctive yellow or orange markings, particularly on the dorsal fin and caudal peduncle. The body is streamlined and laterally compressed, typical of chromis in the genus Pomacentrus.

Diet and feeding

Primarily a planktivore in the wild, feeding on small copepods and zooplankton. In captivity, provide high-quality frozen foods such as mysis shrimp and copepod-based preparations, along with quality flake foods designed for small reef fish.
