Appearance

Massive rotund yellow-and-brown maze-patterned body with large expressive eyes, a parrot-like beak of fused teeth, and the ability to inflate when threatened.

The largest freshwater puffer, a monster reaching over 2ft that is intelligent but highly aggressive and a fin-nipper; almost always kept alone as it bites and kills tankmates. Beaks are razor sharp. Needs an enormous tank and pristine water.
