Appearance
The Linear Blenny is a slender, elongated fish with a streamlined body typical of the Blenniidae family. It displays a predominantly tan or brown coloration with distinct linear markings or stripes running along its body. The fish has small, high-set eyes and a pointed snout, with characteristic cirri (small tentacle-like structures) above the eyes.
Diet and feeding
Offer a varied diet of high-quality frozen foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and herbivorous preparations. Supplement with quality flake or pellet food formulated for omnivorous reef fish. In established tanks with natural algae growth, the Linear Blenny will graze on films and small organisms.
