Appearance
Krauss' Blenny is a small, elongated fish with a somewhat compressed body typical of the blenny family. It displays mottled brown and tan coloration with darker markings that help it blend with rocky substrates. The fish has a characteristic blunt head with small cirri (tentacle-like structures) above the eyes, and a continuous dorsal fin running the length of its body.
Diet and feeding
Feed a varied diet including high-quality herbivore pellets, dried seaweed, and occasional small meaty foods such as copepods and mysis shrimp. This species grazes on microalgae and detritus in the tank but requires supplemental feeding.
