About Fritz Aquatics Mag Flake
Bulk dry magnesium chloride for topping up reef magnesium. Can be paired with FritzPro Magnesium Sulfate to match the seawater ratio.
Dosing instructions
Target 1300 to 1400 ppm. Each 4.4 grams (1 tsp) per 10 gallons raises magnesium approx. 14 ppm. Do not raise magnesium by more than 100 ppm per 24 hours. Dose in 1/3 to 1/2 increments, wait 24 hours and retest. Dissolve in RO/DI or distilled water first. Gets hot when mixed with water, use rubber gloves.
