About Continuum Aquatics Reef Basis Potassium Dry
High purity anhydrous potassium salt in dry form for reef tanks. Also replaces potassium lost to zeolite and resin filtration.
Dosing instructions
Dissolve 1-1/4 grams (about 1/2 teaspoon) in 8 oz (236 ml) purified water and add in high flow per 25 gallons (100 L) every other day until target; keep potassium at 380 to 405 mg/L. Formula: gallons x mg/L increase x 0.008 = grams. Gets hot when mixed with water.
