About Brightwell Aquatics Hydrat-Mg
Liquid magnesium supplement that can hold normal seawater levels or push magnesium above 1,500 ppm. Elevated levels are for experienced reefers only.
Dosing instructions
Shake well. For normal levels add 5 mL per 20 US gal every other day or as needed to hold 1,290 to 1,320 ppm; 250 mL treats up to 1,000 US gal. If below 1,288 ppm, max 1 mL per 3 US gal daily. Holding elevated magnesium (e.g. 1,800 ppm) for up to 6 weeks may help some tanks; watch livestock closely and be ready to move them.
